What a difference a year makes.
Nancy and Katya last summer at this time in Russia.
Katya's village is called Svir Stroy.
I would also like to sing in praise of the Russian dogs I met this time last year.
This little dog, on the island of Uglich, had eyes only for its owner.
This dog lived on Svir Stroy.
He waited outside the ice cream shop, definitely the best place in town to eat.
This dog lived on Kizhi Island, a village very far north.
