NOISE POLLUTION - share the planet, share the space
"There are people who are insensitive to noise, but these are the same people who are insensitive to argument, ideas, to poetry and works of art, in short to intellectual impressions of every kind because of their 'tough constitution' and the 'firm texture of their brain'."

This statement was made over two hundred years ago by the great German philosopher Arnold Schopenhauer.

Are you noise sensitive? I have several articles on the site for you.

Every day I get mail from introverts who are tortured on daily commutes, in restaurants, lines and other public places by the improper use of cell phones. Even a public restroom is not sacred.

It's our planet, too. Let's raise consciousness. Ask someone to please lower their voice, step outside, move 10 feet away or put their ringer on pause. Maybe they will and our world will be one bit better.
