This is one of the most beautiful,creative and effective uses of the internet for spiritual purposes I've seen. It's a guided meditation and at the end, you can enter your prayer or vision request. It's a great way to learn your chakras better, too. And it's sheer color and sound magic.
You can linger as long as you want over each chakra, so you can figure out where some of your blocks are. It's healing.
