We started the SouthBeach diet this week, having gotten tired of the Zone, SlimFast and other diets we used in the past. We are taking turns three times a week to make a meal that is from Stage 1 of SouthBeach. That way each of us gets two meals served for one they cook and serve. I'm getting used to fat free jello for desert because there isn't that much else on offer. Ricotta cheese with various ingredients ?? I eat mostly turkey, vegetables and lamb anyway. It's an easy enough diet. I jog usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day and/or play tennis for an hour. I have a wonderful tape to jog with, from FlashDance!
