Nancy at the Kremlin home

I studied Russian language, culture and history for many years. I never dreamed I would someday get to see all the things I had read about with such interest. I feel Uniworld made the perfect tour opportunity and I went as my sister's guest, the EQ Coach, Susan Dunn.

My favorite things about this tripi? I got to see the Church of the Spilled Blood. I loved the Fairy Tales portion on the cruise entertainment. I liked the Vodka tasting and the Russian church carillons. I also loved the Russian birds in the villages and the river cruising. Another truly favorite thing was the room in the Winter Palace that celebrated "Alexander I's" victory over Napolean. It was sensational, including the Duck of Velinktone.

Downside? The food was pretty ... well, Russian!

Contact me if you'd like more information about travel in Russia. Don't bother getting rubles. Everybody takes US Dollars. We got a diphtheria shot but didn't worry about malaria on a tour like this, around the big cities and well traveled areas.

If you are going to Russia soon, have a wonderful time. I know you're going to love it!
