The Garrett Institute was established in memory of Ray Garrett Jr., chairman of the United States Securities Exchange Commission, a member of the faculty of Northwestern University School of Law, and a partner in the Chicago office of Gardner Carton & Douglas. The Ray Garrett Jr.
Corporate and Securities Institute is designed to provide private
practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of current
