Garrett, Jr.
born

HOME
Ray Garrett was more than
a close friend to many clients, lawyers, commissioners and other colleagues
throughout his years on this earth. He was greatly loved and he is
greatly missed. He died at 60 and in the opinion of most of us, was
not here nearly long enough.
He was a proud veteran
of World War II where he served in the artillery in France and Belgium
and made many lasting friendships.
This page is a collection
of anecdotes and excerpts from articles which develop a feeling for
Ray's life and heritage.
